We had a great time during our stay in this hotel! Clean rooms and nice bathrooms breakfast had limited options but still tasted good. One of the employees, Jessica went ABOVE and BEYOND she made us feel VERY welcomed no words can describe how AMAZING she was.
Excellent SpringHill Suites. Snow delayed our return home and Grace was amazing at accommodating our need for an additional night's stay! The breakfast offerings and coffee/drink station were on point as well. Very clean hotel. Super friendly staff! Thank you.
When I first showed up yesterday my check in person was amazing, she checked me in in the most politest way around 1:30pm yesterday and signed me up to be a member. She also let me get a free cookie and an ice cream because yesterday was my birthday. Me and my friends got to the room to get ready for my party and the room was amazingly clean and spacious. Staff 10/10, rooms 10/10, cleanliness 10/10, location 10/10 I’ll definitely be booking here from here on out. I also made sure my room was clean as we could get it before we left so the only thing the room keepers had to do was the beds and wipe down THANK YALL AGAIN FOR AN AMAZING BIRTHDAY EXPERIENCE
This is my 2nd time here at this Springhill suites. The rooms were nice. A little outdated, but clean. On the 3rd floor there is a persistent droning noise. Perhaps the hotel's exhaust fan, if you are sensitive to that kind of noise. I'll remember to get a 2nd floor room next time. The front desk person (Ms. Roundtree on her badge) was exceptionally helpful and kind. She went above and beyond to find an available room when I checked in at 2 pm. . She even brought me a birthday card and a soda up to my room as well as wished me a happy birthday when I checked out. I spend a quarter of my life at Marriott hotels and never had that happen before. I wish all Marriott front desk personnel were like her.
I just wanted to express how much we appreciate the staff. Ms.Kim was so kind & after a long flight welcomed us with water & snacks. The stay was great and the staff does an excellent job. Rooms are clean and comfortable. I ended up leaving my Apple Watch and called to the service desk and Ms. Devana kindly help locate it and called me back right away to let me know she found it. Keep up the good work! We will definitely stay there again. Blessings!
This hotel is a great stay for leisure or work. Have stayed here in the summer and fall. Staff is responsive and knowledgeable. There is a cute little putting area out front. Small gym, always clean.
We came for an emergency family event. Service couldn't have been better! Front desk people were really friendly and helpful. They have a free Continental breakfast. It includes eggs, sausage, waffles, fruit and a variety of other things. Walk in shower was great! Room was very clean! I did see a bug in my room, but I immediately took care of that and didn't see any more. Sort of expected in a southern state.
The 5 stars go entirely to the associate, Grace V., at this location. We stay here frequently, but this time the room had a broken bathroom and AC, which unfortunately affected my child’s tournament performance. However, Ms. Grace was incredibly kind and professional—she spoke with such care and went out of her way to assist us with our next stay. That’s a true testament to excellent customer service. The hotel is lucky to have her.
